Meredith Mead

Meredith Mead is the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center, where she holds a hybrid role that combines administrative and clinical provider responsibilities. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Mead provides administrative oversight and clinical guidance to the advanced practice nursing team. She plays a significant role in hospital committees and works closely with the Chief Medical Officer to determine the clinical direction of the organization. 

Mead has been a valuable team member at Gateways since 2013, initially serving as a Registered Nurse, then as Director of Nursing, before assuming her current role as Senior Director of Clinical Services.    

Mead received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, San Marcos in San Diego, and her Master’s Degree in Nursing and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certification from Charles Drew University in Los Angeles.
