Fay Ji

Fay Ji is the Chief Financial Officer at Gateways Hospital & Mental Health Centers, a role she has held since 2020. She is a highly accomplished, results-driven, and dedicated C-level finance executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, team development, customer service, and project management across the nonprofit, government, and healthcare sectors.

Before joining Gateways, Ji held strategic financial leadership roles at several nonprofit organizations throughout California including Masada Homes, SPIRITT Family Services and California State University, Dominguez Hills. She earned a Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Los Angeles.
