Cynthia Lermond
Cynthia Lermond serves as Gateways’ Administrative Director and Community Program Director, overseeing a wide range of critical functions within the organization’s CONREP system of care. This position entails responsibility for both the clinical and administrative management of CONREP (Conditional Release Program), which spans across Los Angeles County and San Diego County, ensuring that individuals in these regions receive appropriate mental health care and community-based support services. In addition to these counties, she also oversees the Satellite Statewide Transitional Residential Program. In addition to this, her responsibilities include ensuring that the programs run efficiently and meet the regulatory and clinical standards required by the state. She collaborates with a range of professionals to provide seamless care coordination and support for individuals who are part of the CONREP system, making sure that the therapeutic and rehabilitative goals of the program are met. Cynthia is also a key member of Gateways’ Executive Committee, contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making processes that shape the organization’s future. Her role is instrumental in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the services provided by Gateways, ensuring that individuals in both Los Angeles and San Diego Counties, as well as statewide, have access to high-quality mental health care and support.
