Continuum of Care
Our Homeless Services at Gateways provides an integrated, comprehensive continuum of non-traditional services addressing the needs of mentally ill adults who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.
Meeting Clients Where They Are
We strive to meet clients where they are on their journey to healing and are committed to strengthening resilience both within individuals and across the communities we serve. We understand that there are many aspects of life that influence a person’s mental wellness and overall well-being, and comprehensive care lies at the heart of our approach to mental & behavioral health services.
