Kimberly Warneke

Kim Warneke is the Vice President of Human Resources at Gateways Hospital & Mental Health Centers. A seasoned HR executive, she brings over 20 years of experience across both the nonprofit and private sectors, with expertise spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management. Throughout her career, Warneke has demonstrated a profound commitment to fostering people-centric cultures and driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.  Warneke has successfully led HR teams at workplaces as diverse as American Jewish University, Riot Games, Forever 21, and Wells Fargo. 

Warneke is motivated by the mission of empowering people and organizations to achieve their full potential and create positive social impact. Her ability to build strong relationships and her strategic vision have consistently resulted in improved organizational performance and a positive workplace culture.

Warneke earned her BA in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
